4. Onsite parking: Accessible onsite parking is a logistical consideration that facilitates the smooth execution of the restoration project. Adequate parking space allows for the easy transport of equipment and materials, streamlining the overall process and minimizing disruptions.
5. Adult present: Having an adult present during the restoration activities ensures effective communication and decision-making. This individual can address any queries or concerns that may arise during the process, ensuring a collaborative and well-informed approach to the project.
